They showed up on time. They took their shoes off while they were in the house. They wery careful when bringinf tools and materieals in and out ogf the house. They explained everything they were going to do and did a good job of the insatllation.

The sales representative (Susan) was very knowledgable and helpful. She made our selaction of products much more informed and easier. Good selection and much of it was in stock or in the near by warehouse.
