J Phillips Contracting was recommended to me by my neighbor and their neighbor. I had a great experience with Julian and his crew. Work was explained in person and a written proposal was provided. Existing fence was removed and replaced with a very well built new fence. Started on time every day and finished the project on-time and on budget.
