I had James come into my home to install a product called Redicrete which is a product that is applied over your existing counters. James applied the system in a reasonable and professional time period. Just over a year after install my countertop cracked around the faucet causing the material to tear and allow water to penetrate the wood countertop. James said that he would repair the issue. Well, James fell off the face of the earth and I was forced to take him to small claims court. I won the case against him. I don't think this is a reflection on the product it is more a reflection on the installer. I like James as a person but as a business man, he is terrible. I also found out that I am not the only one who has sued him, so please do your home work.
