Abney Roofing was called in to evaluate a suspected leak from a skylight. They were able to quickly find the source of the problem (which had been misdiagnosed by a previous company), and suggest a reasonable replacement option. Staff from Abney were incredibly communicative ... providing useful and timely information as the project moved forward, as well as explaining items and answering questions from the home owner in terms that made sense and were understandable. When other issues arose, Abney was able to quickly and professionally respond to resolve problems that were not theirs to ensure that the overall repair went well for the homeowner. I cannot recommend this company enough. Having dealt with several over the years of being on a condo strata board, Abney are the best I have dealt with and I would not hesitate to hire them again should the need arise.
