Tank cleaning is not a pleasent task but non the less necessary. The team at Strathcona Septic were prompt and even able to accomadate my Saturday service request. They arrived at the scheduled time, were polite and got straight to work. While not a pleasent chore they smiled and genuinly seemed to enjoy their work. Great team work and cordination between the two people, neither standing around and willing to help each other. Left no mess, will use again

They we awesome to deal with, helped us find the carpet we wanted for comfort, durability and colour. Had to be special order but arrived quickly. Was installed by their own contractors who did a great job in minimizing the number of seams and were very quick and professional

We decided to repalace our large fixed windows with double hung sliders to improve air flow in our south west facing home. We decided on Award as they made and instaled their windows and felt it would be easier if there was an issue. Within a couple of weeks we noticed gaps around the sliders, afre a struggle to get someone out to inspect they decided they has used the wrong size weather stripping and replaced it on the lower windows. A year later the upper sliders leak to the point you can see outside, Awards response was they were outside warrenty so would not even inspect. Will never buy from them again

our shingles needed to be replaced at first I thought about doing it myself then I looked at the pitch of the roof and realized I had neither the expertise or the tools to do the job safely. Alfs performed the work without effort and did a great job or roof repair and clean up
