BasementBro finished our basement for us and we are extremely happy with their work. It was a pleasure working with them from quoting stage to completion of the project. They put in the time upfront to understand our requirements and quoted the project exactly as requested. They committed to completing the job within a certain time frame and they were on time and on budget. There were no last minute surprises to deal with. Working with every member of the BasementBro team was very easy as they provide exceptional customer service and are very accommodating and responsive. We had a few minor hiccups along the way and were pleasantly surprised at how efficiently things were handled and fixed. Big thanks to Steve, Maya and Lev for a job well done. We had a fantastic project manager working on our renovation and we have only good words for Dmitry and his entire crew. It was a large project and took over two months to complete. During the entire process the crew kept the site as clean as possible and worked in the least disruptive manner. Dmitry did a great job of coordinating the various trades and communicated with us on a regular basis so we knew exactly what was being worked on each day. Everyone paid attention to detail and it shows in the quality of the finished product. We could not have asked for a better team of people working on our basement. We hope to work with BasementBro on future projects.
