Hardwood not installed completely to wall. In newly built home. "stringers" running along sides of carpeting on basement steps were pulling away from wall. Nail heads very visible since lightly colured nails were used to install dark hardwood flooring. No carpet installed around exterior closet corners. Co-owner came to assess. Although he did provide us with a stain pen to cover nail heads, he assured us, in the near future, that trim would be placed around flooring edge to cover the gaps and carpet stringers would be replaced. Also, pieces of carpeting would be added to the closet corners. No one came to repair anything. We had to hire a trim carpenter, at our expense, to make the necessary repairs.

Approximate cost of services:
$400.00
