We have company coming from out of town for the weekend and our water pump died. Called others for help but either got no answer or they were all booked until next week. Called Maly and they squeezed me in. James came out and diagnosed the problem quickly. It turned out it was a quick fix. When I asked him about the remaining equipment he was honest and frank in his assessment and told me it was in good shape and made some great recommendations as to what to do when it eventually does fail. I would definitely recommend Bruce Maly Plumbing.

We purchased my father-in-law’s house and are in the process of getting ready to move to it. Our current home has a hot tub we use all the time. This house has one but hasn’t been used in 15 years. It looks like it’s in excellent shape. We wanted to make sure it works before we made any other plan (it’s an indoor spa). Jerry and Alex arrived and we were very impressed with their attitude and professionalism. We have expected to be told that it was beyond saving and “Boy, do we have a deal for you.” We were surprised when we got an honest and professional assessment that basically said we didn’t have to do much beyond flushing it out. They gave us advice and hints on how to deal with an old, basic but functional system. True, it was a very brief and inconsequential interaction but one that left us feeling good about the company and service we got. I would recommend them withou hesitation.
