My husband hired this company back in early spring of 2012. Back then, I had to reschedule the job twice and each time I called their office the lady who answered was more than accommodating and even THANKED me for calling. I received their invoice in the mail for the insulation they did and I forgot to send a cheque; 2 weeks to the day they called politely requesting payment (completely my mistake yet they were very polite about it). Fast forward to today. I called recently, was abruptly interrupted and told they would have to call me back. I didn’t get a call back so tried again twice with no answer. Fourth call they answered and were so unbelievably short I hung up. Will definitely call another company in future. Not sure what happened to their customer service over the last few years?
