As 20-years contractor I had worked with Nikolai and managed by him Forix Carpentry team, multiple times for newly designed homes. The last common project was custom made house on 236 Delta St, Etobicoke. Nikolai's team had done high quality framing job using their many years’ experience and high professional skills. Since Nikolai has education as Civil Engineer (UofT), his professional engineering practice allow him to resolve a lot of construction issues in advance and prevent mistakes at building projects. Plus, Nikolai coordinated his plans with other contractors and client what helped to manage the timelines.
