The entire experience was seamless, Alex was with us throughout the process, from the showroom, to my home. Our blinds were installed quickly, and without a fuss. One of the units in the bow window did not look lined up, perhaps our window frame was not square. Alex looked at it, and made it fit!
Our original windows from the builder have failed in countless ways. the swiggle between the panes has pushed in, the windows frames were no longer square which made them hard to open or close. Matthew (Matteo ) was the first one to return my request for quotation, and arrived to present us with the best options for the project. The installers were prompt, and arrived early on installation day. They stayed late and completed the 2 day job in one long one instead- Matteo returned several times throughout the day to check up on the installers!
