Darrell is fantastic. He came to my house within 30 minutes after I called panicky because there was a half-alive mouse in my basement (I had been seeing droppings but had not yet dealt with them). He took care of the mouse, put a plan in place AND calmed me down. He will be coming back in 1 months for a follow up to ensure that the job is done. I would highly recommend him.
