Too often do we hear from customers who have had negative experiences with plumbers that tell wonderful promises of low prices over the phone, only to raise the price once the job is half done. We avoid that faux pas by doing something that many companies still refuse to do - an exact price, up front, BEFORE you agree to any work! Our customers love it and they never have to worry about surprises, even if we're on site longer than we anticipate - an hourly rate isn't much good if you don't know just how long a technician will choose to take on a job!
