The crew were very efficient and respectful of both us and our neighbours. We were quite impressed with how well organized they were, how quickly they got the job done (ours was complicated: chimneys to remove, rotten boards, lots of flat roof that interfaces directly with sloping shingled roof, etc. They were also able to replace some old gutters and did some fairly complex sheet metal work. Thoroughly happy with the finished result and the condition of the property when they were done; we have a lot of garden all around the house and there was no sign that they had even been there, let alone any damage. We had to wait some time for the work to begin… understood that they had a lot of bad breaks with the weather, and know that they did their best to get to us earlier… but nonetheless, that delay was part of our experience, therefore the 9 out of 10. (If I could only take a half pint for that I would.) In the end, Pavel, one of the owners, was very thorough in making sure that all the t's were crossed and i's dotted; it was clearly very important to him that we were thoroughly satisfied with the service. Would use again.
