We purchased a spec home built by Art Custom Homes through a realtor. Arman and his team were fantastic to deal with. We had 2 purchases of our previous home fall through and after many amendments, Arman stuck with us till our 3rd deal closed. The move in and walk through went very smooth. Any questions or concerns, (as minor as they were) that we had, we answered and addressed very quickly. We are very happy with our forever home! -Brad and Tina
