My drains were backed up and I called T. Williams, and within a very short time, they arrived and quickly ascertained that the blockage was within a pipe that connected to the town sewers. They described the work that needed to be done, and the timelines, and how much I could expect to pay for the work. They also explained who would need to be involved. I was pleased with how quickly and expertly they dealt with the issues.

They were very friendly, very fast to do the work, and came in at the price that was agreed. When they came to the house, they called in advance to ensure that I would be at home; they were polite. After the old fixtures were removed, they took them away to be disposed of. The work was done quickly with expertise.
