Buyer beware! Great price but when the time comes for actual service they are a disaster. Their owner preaches the customer is always the most important but not the case. False alarms can occur and most reputable companies have insurance for "1 time mistakes" or can make arrangements to account credits to accommodate valid errors. Long story short, false alarm occured, as we were out of country they couldn't reach me as there phone plan does not accept out of country calls. Police disbatched, no issues and we were sent a $200 bill. Best offer was $30 credit. Thanks but no thanks. Instantly disconnected.
