Fabio did refurbishment of my swimming pool last year. They changed the tiles around the pool and on the top part of the pool wall. Before the refurbishment, I shopped around a bit and discussed with several potential vendors from HomeStars. Fabio approached me very responsively and actively. He explained in detail about the job needed to do and the materials he would choose. He also provided 3-year warranty on the job and the materials. I was assured and employed him and his team to do the job. After the work finished, he asked me to write a review on HomeStars. I decided to do so one year later. Unluckily, the tiles around the pool broke massively this year. When we found this in May, I wrote an email with the warranty letter attached to him. But no response. And we tried to call him with the phone number on the warranty letter and the number on this website, it never connected. I also left a message to him on HomeStars website. No reply either. I was clueless. I guessed Fabio might be not in the business any more. But I saw a new review appeared recently on the website. Leaving such a bad review is the last thing I want to do. I hope he will response and keep his word according to the warranty letter.
