The technician quoted $60, while he was working I asked several time how much he will charge total, he did not answer. In the end he charged $320. But in his ad its says " he is honest".
60 was coded as a call out, How can l replace an inducer motor including labour and callout for $60? After diagnosing the problem he was advised of full cost of the repair and he agreed to proceed. Now he is claiming all should have been done for $60, my cost on the motor was over $240. He got a bargain. Next time company wants me to get him to sign the invoice first...
