I'm very happy with the job. Tyler replied to my inquiry very quickly and shared details about the job. He's very patient as I'm not familiar with lawn work and answered all my questions. The job was done a week after we texted, because it's rainy that week and he's so kind to text me letting my know the situation. Bernie and Steve and the crew helped install tile flooring in my kitchen and hallway. They did an amazing job. Communication was good. They provided detail quote and explain the process thoroughly. They have a tight schedule but they are good for their words and arrive on time for the job. Prices are reasonable compared to large home improvement companies. Since the job includes the kitchen, hallway and the first floor pantry, they also helped with some plumbing work. They did everything, not just the tile installation, which really helped take the stress of the renovation. They are very professional, efficient, polite and easy to work with. The floor turned out to be beautiful and exactly the way we wanted. Nothing to complain at all. Many thanks to them and I would definitely recommend Premiere Trim to family and friends.
