Have been going here for years. The service is excellent and the service friendly. They carry Benjamin Moore paints, wallpaper and supplies. They are open early and can colour match and document the paints purchased on their computer system which is nice if I need more in the future.
Great service and happy with the work. Pleasant to work with and very knowlegable about boilers ( Also confimed by two separate sources in the industry before the work started) . I was told, by a contractor, that there would be no hassles or problems in terms of what to expect, which is always nice when you're working an older home. Work was neat and tidy. Work included pipes being replaced and redirected to clean out the mess of pipes original to the home. Price was comparable to other quotes which included a Viessman ( German ) Boiler and instal of a water tank and removal the old tank and pipe work.
Picked up an excellent carpet in the show room. Very happy with the quality which you can see from the back of the carpet. Salesperson was very knowledgeable. My only regret, was that i should have purchased a bigger carpet!

Price was fair. As others have said, quote was spot on with no surprises. Work done was excellent. We were happy with the colour matching and their professionalism. We have recommended Otto to our friends as well. Eckhart(?sp) was excellent to work with, same goes for Tony and Otto too.
