After another bad contracting experience, I'm reminded of the excellent experiences I had when Garth Jerome was my contractor for a few years (2010-2015 approximately). He was responsible for several repairs and small renovation jobs at my property. Garth does what every contractor should do - arrive at the job, figure out what needs to be done, prepare a detailed quote, do the job completely and efficiently, clean up thoroughly and send an invoice. He never came back and said "I need more money", never asked for exorbitant deposits, and his work lasts. This review was long overdue. Thank you again Garth!

I contracted Andrea of A.F.S. Concrete to replace my retaining wall. He wanted the money up front to pay his workers and get the materials. That was December, 2018. It is now almost July and he has not shown up to complete the job. And he left his materials and garbage on my property. All I have is a temporary frame, which is useless. Don't pay him up front. In fact, don't use his services at all. Too many personal issues and he is not reliable or responsible.
