Both Jason and Lee were very professional and courteous in communicating and performing the removal of the old heater and installation of the new one. There work area was cleaned up and no damage to walls (Which were recently painted)as they were cautious in removal of the old one. I was asked if I was happy before they did the invoicing, and answered any questions i had. It was a pleasent and very professional experience. When restarting the fireplace that was impacted by the gas being shut off, they promptly relit the pilot and gave hints on cleaning the glass on the fireplace. Thank-you again to both and in addition in recommending to others, I would contact them again for future needs. Thank-you
