We have dealt with Mr. Croitoru for many years and have always been very pleased and impressed with his professionalism in making sure we got the best possible products in terms of meeting our needs, quality and cost. The installers were polite, capable and professional with respect to completing the installation of two sets of patio doors quickly and neatly. When the installation was completed, they took the time to show us how to lock and unlock the doors properly as well as adjusting the locks to ensure that they worked properly and that we were satisfied with the installation. We will be working with Open Windows and Doors again when we are ready to ready to replace our garage doors.
