After many many follow-ups and several months, Wills Brothers finally replaced a defective Goodman AC unit that they sold and installed. They certainly need to improve their customer service and response times. But we appreciated their willingness to extend/reset the warranty period on the AC unit. We also purchased a Goodman Furnace from them and so far, no issues. Good price.
