After having done a few small jobs for us, we decided on Minh. Big mistake. Paid 30% up-front to start in October 2019: began a three month (estimate) job with a crew of four, 2 weeks in, his guys quit on him leaving only one guy. Began showing up once or twice a week after about a month, then quit coming altogether unless we called. Routinely starts at 11:00AM and quits around 16:00. Hard to get anything done when you're only working half days, much less get anything done well. Tiles are uneven, stairs are bubbling and creaky, half-assed job of taping and patching. Would promise to show up, then no-show: (flat tire, snowed in, sick mother, locusts). Finally fired him in April 2019, leaving everything incomplete.
