Amir came to the rescue again! The computer literally blue-screened and it was a mess. We bought a computer from Amir and it's been easy sailing ever since. So glad to have PCNix as a go-to source over the years and know they manage issues at a very reasonable cost. The customer service is fantastic and PCNix just gets things done right! Thanks Amir, you rock!

My computer crashed to the ground and all I could see was a black screen and the light from the power button. All of my data was lost and I was freaking out! I called Dell and they were going to charge me $310 to start with and said I would get my computer back in one week. I simply couldn't wait that long - and I wasn't very impressed with Dell's customer service. After doing a web search, PCNix came up along with rave reviews about Amir. I called him and left a message...to which he responded in less than 15 minutes! I explained the issue to him and he gave me a breakdown, best case scenario cost and a guarantee to keep me updated if/as things changed along the way to repair it. I brought the computer to him late Monday morning....it was ready on Tuesday morning (in less than 24 hours!). I was expecting it Wednesday - he beat his own time estimate! My computer is running like it's brand new and my data was recovered! Amir and Don went above and beyond the call of duty to help me fix my computer by throwing in a few extras that were a helpful welcome surprise. Amir is the computer whisperer!!! I will bring my computer(s) to him only from now on! It's so refreshing to have a fantastic computer professional who is lightning fast, efficient and effective (and explains things along the way to you, as you need it). I wish there were more stars than 10! PCNix is the real deal and is the leading model for the rare quality customer service that we need and want. Thanks so much, Amir! :-)

George was okay in the beginning but became progressively worse throughout our dealings. He was unable to fix the stove at first because he had to order a part from the store. After charging $130 before any work was done ($50 for upcoming labor and $80 for the part), I had to call him to find out about the status of events - 3 weeks after our initial meeting. He said the part came but it was defective so he would have to order another one. I told him that we needed a stove now and since he was not able to get this done we would have to go somewhere else. I told him we wanted our money back and he said he would send us a cheque! Since we gave him cash, I told him that's how we wanted the money back. We made an appointment for him to return our money the next day from 8am -12 noon. He never showed and did not answer any of our calls. He turned his phone off! We have yet to hear from him!!! Sadly. there is only one number to call and it seems to belong to George. He mentioned that he had a boss but no documentation I've seen or found online supports that. This was a horrible experience and upsetting even more since he decided to keep retired people's money for service that was never performed. Very untrustworthy person/ people in this company folks so beware!!! If you want to lose your friends and family...then recommend this company to them. NOTE: After 5 weeks, the issue was resolved by the owner Atiar who very sorry that we had to go through this episode. He called me to fully understand the issue and was appalled by what happened when I explained it to him. Atiar refunded our money via certified cheque and finally made us whole for the cash expense we incurred. My satisfied rating has become a 3 (from 0 in my original review) for this company because of the time and effort that was unnecessarily spent on all of this.
