I had a whole backyard renovation done by Louise and his crew. What started off to being a great looking job ended up being a disaster. Had irrigation problem which lead to over watering of new sod which never took it pulled out row by row as the same way it was laid my soil has lots of clay in it Louise should of known to have put down soil before laying the new sod never did after I asked him to so the new grass never ever rooted he set the new installed irrigation to over water my yard so that he can compensate putting down soil and hoping that the new grass would take never did. Secondly the patio which he out down the polymeric sand which he used never hardened and just came out after ever ever rain he told me it was the new supplier he used and promised to come back and replace the sand never did. He used two patio tiles to be used as a step which he was suppose to give me a one piece step was gonna come back and replace the step since the one he made came unlevel and sank. Now going onto three years of false promises of coming back to fix the irrigation to replace my grass and redo the step has made false promises and never came back to compete his obligation. If anyone would like to come and see some of his best work I would more than honored to show you. Does not belong on HomeStars where he can take advantage of potential home owners. If you don't know he will cut corners to give you a great price but his work reflects this. Pictures to anyone who requests them!! Very disappointed in Louise and his crew I thought I hired the right guy to give me my backyard oasis but it's been and still is a disaster only this time it cost me money to get it this way.
