Not happy with the job. Didn't come anyhere close to covering the edges. Had to touch up myself with asphault undercoating. Arrived late

If we did a job you are not happy with I would like the opportunity to make it better as we didn't get notified of any issues or we would have looked after them. We are a small buisness that strives for happy customers all the time.

Paid for service with 2 cheques. Never showed up. Strung us along until second cheque cashed. No further response. Doesn't answer phone or emails. Address is simply a PO Box at Storage company. Think his last nameis Roberts. Nathan Roberts. So say 100 people at $500 equals $50,000 for nothing. Nice work.

What could this company do to improve their services?
Go Out of business.
Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?

This company is totally Unreliable. I can't begin to describe how poorly they treat people. They shouldn't be in business. Tried to register for snow removal at least 4 times. No one ever shows. They don't answer the phone, and/ or take it off the hook. Impossible to get an answer. NEVER sign up for one of their deals.
