Easy to deal with. Maciek shows up when he says he's going to be there. Any changes or issues were handled quickly and professionally. I had a wall of bookshelves built and the work is beautiful. He had the painters come and fix tiny issues that I hadn't even noticed. The sub-trade he used for the tile floor and backsplash did an impecable job. I was nervous about living through a renovation, especially during a lock-down when I had nowhere to escape to, but Maciek and his team went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable.

The washing machine is 24 years old with plenty of corrosion. The technician worked hard to separate the drum so he could replace the seal. It took a lot of effort to do it but he didn’t give up and it saved me from buying a new washer.
