Second time around using Junk Works and very pleased with the service and the cost!!! We needed a professional,reliable and trustworthy third party junk removal company to remove some unwanted items for a customer of ours. We have hired Junk Works to clean two full loads of construction debris and some other unwanted items before we do the household move scheduled in Feb. The guys did a great job and were as pleasant as the first time. Fast, Professional and efficient service! Harry is great!!! We had a couch that got a minor damage/scratch during the move and we needed a reliable and professional place that will provide quality work for a reasonable price. Contacted three companies on HomeStars and Harry was the first to reply with the best value for our $$$. The repair was done on the day we dropped off the couch at Harry's repair shop!!! Our customer was extremely satisfied with the work! The couch looked better than before the damage :) We want to thank Harry for his professionalism and quality and speedy work! Harry, we will be using you again in the future in case of any damage. (hopefully no more damage) :))))))) We also recommend this place for any furniture restoration! Well deserved 10/10

We hired Junk Works to remove unwanted furniture and various items from the shed and the garage of our customer before the move. The guys from Junk Works are amazing! They showed up at the arranged time and in no time all the junk was loaded into the truck! The price was also right! We got quotes from 3 different companies on HomeStars and the price Junk Works quoted us was of the higher value. We will definitely be calling Junk Works should one of our customers need their Junk removed! Thank you for the great service and for not disappointing our customer!

It has been a great year for us, thanks to Home Stars! The leads that are coming from Home Stars are quality leads, home owners who are looking for professional and reliable services. Not low ballers! There are few changes, that can be made to improve the level of satisfaction. We had a customer that paid only small portion of her bill and decided to go bankrupt. Not only, but she posted untrue info on our profile. The only bad review we have! When we asked HomeStars to remove the review they said that they cant because there was an exchange of money even though that amount was only $500 of a $3500 bill. I would kindly ask HomeStars to work on improving their review filtering system to protect business owners from damage caused by false statements. We suggest, If the total cost of a service is not paid in full the customer should not be able to post review. And this is something that can be proven very easily. All in All very happy with HomeStars! Very friendly and helpfull staff. My account manager Elizabeth is awesome! Thank you for your support HomeStars!
