His team arrived on time, within the one hour ETA time frame, were friendly, respectful and very polite. The whole process was completed in about an hour. If you are concerned about hidden costs, I would recommend you call, as the team gave me an honest conceptualization of what the process would look like and cost. I would absolutely recommend Valley Furnace and will be using them again in the future.
