HIRED THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY WORKED FOR THE CITY AND WERE ALREADY WORKING IN MY AREA - WORK WAS DONE TOO FAST - I REQUESTED THEM TO LET SETTLE PRIOR TO PAVING AS RECOMMENDED BY MANY PAVERS - THEY DIDN'T WAIT - SAID IT DIDN'T MATTER AND THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING - THEY LEFT BITS OF PAVEMENT ALL OVER THE PLACE AND THE SIDEWALK DIRTY WITH BLACK MARKS- CLAIMED IT WOULD GO AWAY ON ITS OWN - SIDEWALK IS STILL SCREWED UP AND PAVEMENT WAS DONE VERY POORLY - NOT SMOOTH AT ALL - WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Elvis arrived promptly, prepared with ladder and materials, thoroughly looked at the roof and pin-pointed the problem. He took the time to explain every detail with me - even drew some pictures so that I could have a clear view and understanding of everything! He does not make blind assumptions. He goes into the house and takes the time to inspect everything! He does not cut corners either. He caulked windows and did bonus things not listed in contract! He even bought some new wood to replace rotten wood in my fence! He ensured the leaking would never return. He provides good warranty as well! He's always available when you call. He loves feedback and does not leave until you are satisfied with the job! He does not miss a thing. Cleans up after himself and does not leave a spec behind. Removes shoes in the house, which surprisingly other roofers did not do when they came. Elvis works from his heart!
