We chose Taras and his team again after working with them on our kitchen and main floor renovation in 2013. Once again, they did AMAZING work on time and within budget. The main reason we chose Taras though (aside from his quality, top-notch work that really is done in such a timely manner) is he is so EASY to talk to. When you have questions, he is quick to respond and provides his great advice and expertise - I never felt like any question was too small and he is so responsive and just a really great guy. His whole team is excellent too - very respectful, hardworking and easygoing. We have built a great trust with Taras and his team. Our second floor renovation included expanding our small bathroom to allow for a double vanity, removing a linen closet to move a doorframe, and then adding an incredible skylight (one of the BEST things we did, and was suggested by Taras), doing new floors with an oiled wide-plank oak hardwood (again from a recommended small supplier that Taras knows), banister, and installing PAX closet systems and new windows in all three bedrooms, and painting too. It has transformed our upper floor to match the gorgeousness of our main floor that was done in 2013. I recommend Taras and his team to everyone who asks me about a great contractor - as mentioned in other reviews, he is not the cheapest but not the most expensive either (which is right where I think you should be on a good quote). And his work and timeliness is worth it, not to mention the ease of working with him. Plus PAX unit in our bedroom - believe me, I'm glad it was Taras' team and not our family who put together 3 of these IKEA large units!!
