As my regular guy was out for the holidays, I was searching for some help with replacing my water mixing valve. Got a call from them immediately after setting up the project. I was made aware of my options very clearly upfront and explained what was going to be involved. Although I didnt want to take the first option, I gave an appointment anyways and continued to sieve through the other companies that called me. Glad to know that I had a good baseline to fallback, and boy are there shady businesses out there who just want your money - dont get me wrong, they might do a killer job, but if theyre not thinking in your shoes or wearing a customers hat, youll end up shelling out more cash for a similar quality job. I recommend them 100% . Even the aftercare tips were so promptly provided and the overall job was so well done, only time will tell if there were any missing gaps (Im certain there wont be any)
