My parents are elderly and their furnace stopped working in the late afternoon yesterday. We called Ed from Forge Mechanical and he was quick to act. His arrival was 20 minutes earlier than the given time in the same evening and we were fixed up and running within the hour. Ed is a wonderful person, very caring and calm and gets to the heart of the problem right away. His number is always on hand. I must also make mention of last summer when Ed fixed our Air Conditioner on one of the hottest days in July! Thanks Ed!

UrbanScapes came to my rescue when my parents (Etobicoke) and my in-laws (DonMills) needed help. Clayton is a wonderful caring individual who took the time to understand my situation and give special attention where it was needed. We are happy to sign up with UrbanScapes again and really appreciate the help and expertise! The snow removal was on time and thorough and the fall cleanup with lawn maintenance was excellent!
