We were very pleased with the whole process, from point of initial contact with Lillian, through to installation and afterward. At all points Lillian was highly communicative and offered balanced advice. She was very receptive to our ideas and was a pleasure to work with. She clearly takes pride in what she designs and went above and beyond our expectations. The installation was done by Anthony who was very professional, receptive, and quick. The quality of the workmanship is very good and we feel we got our money's worth.
