Sam and James provided great service by helping to optimize a radiant floor system that had been installed by another technician but wasn't quite up to snuff and behaving badly. The guys were prompt, courteous and efficient and moreover, James' posh British accent made everything seem that much more special! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Radiant Sole to friends and family and they'll be my first call next time that I need help in the heated floor department. PS: The heated floors actually work now!
