David was very professional during correspondence and during his visit to our house. We have a toddler and small dog. Both are somewhat messy and both have extreme allergies. We were impressed with the quality of service (furniture was moved). Carpets look great and liked that they did not use harsh chemicals. Son's asthma also seems better.
