We needed two new furnaces and an ac unit installed. I got quotes from four companies, including Harmony. Their equipment, price, and sales process were all by far the best. We got better equipment than others were offering at a better price. But the real value? Tyler and Nick did such an exceptional job. They learned my name, then busted their butts through intense heat to handle everything: mechanical, electrical, plumbing, the works. They cleaned up messes, said hi to my kids, explained what they were doing it felt like they actually cared about my perception of the experience and werent just looking for a pay check or a review. It was two full days of intense work. But the end result is perfect, and they even went above and beyond to make the install look nice on our exterior.

Initially, we were only looking to have the eaves repaired on one side of the house - but Francois and his team correctly diagnosed that our roof was facing more major issues that would quickly lead to serious problems. Our old tar and gravel roof was beginning to split at the peak (my layman’s explanation!) and it wouldn’t have been long before massive problems followed. Francois gave us a quote, and we sought out two others: his was neither the cheapest, nor the most expensive. We felt he dealt with us fairly and personably, taking the time to answer any and all questions. He explained exactly what was to be done and why, and was very transparent — something that made us feel comfortable moving ahead. His team worked efficiently to get the job done and was very courteous. We were very impressed by the updates and the candor of Francois, who let us know everything that was happening and even completed the project early as the weather allowed. Replacing a roof is never a welcome bill, but we were pleased with the work and very happy with how we were treated throughout the entire process.
