We hired Your Moving Company to move from a 2+1 bedroom condo to a house in Vaughan. I spoke to George 4 weeks prior to the move where I provided a list of items that we had with pictures including an upright piano that needed to be moved up 1 floor. Even though it was a condo, we had a lot of items in our downstairs storage locker and I was a little worried about everything being able to fit. George and his guys showed up on time and did a great job protecting our furniture with plastic wrap and soft matts. It did take much longer than we were expecting and I had to ask our building management for an extension of the elevator booking. Due to the amount of stuff we had, we had to make a 2nd trip to pickup the rest of the items from our storage looker. Total move time was 12 hours. We're happy with their services and we didn't experience any damage to our items. We had to pay extra for the piano move but due to the amount of effort required it was understandable. My only complaint was underestimating the amount of stuff we had which required the 2nd trip.
