I had Glacier board, tape, and mud my basement. They also did the framing in my basement stairwell, which I was not capable of doing. Overall, I am very satisfied with the work they did. There were many small corners, and minor details that would have taken me forever to do. If I were to give any criticism, it would be on the scheduling. Due to other projects they had in the go, sometimes they would have to reschedule their visits. But in the end, the most important thing was the quality of their work, and I have no complaints there. I would definitely recommend them to anyone else, and would use them again for future projects.

I totally agree with you. We had some illness on the team during the time we were slated to complete your basement. As a result we had to adjust our schedule daily, often on the fly to try to share the misery of the problem so that it would not be overwhelmingly frustrated for just one client. So thank-you for your comments and know that we try very hard to avoid these kind of last minute notifications. We respect how frustrating it can be when you are tied up waiting for someone and can't get on with the important items on your schedule till they arrive. We get that and try really hard to avoid it. We have excellent backup plans built into our systems to avoid that. Unfortunately, illness and injury are the hardest issues to plan for as we receive no notice. We also understand that as soon as we become aware of illness and injury, it is our responsibility to immediate notify our customers so that they can get on with their day.Again, thank-you and please do not hesitate to call for assistance even if it is the minorest of drywall needs.
