Their fees are reasonable, no contract and no installation fees as you install the equipment yourself. If you have an issue with installation, you call them and they will walk you through (but equipment is fairly straightforward) A few issues with the camera app (which is different from the main Think Protection app) but a new app is available and apparently better. In general, it's a good company with excellent customer service.
