I cannot say enough good things about Shorty's Plumbing and esp. plumber Dane! First they were extremely patient with my many rebookings, secondly their prices are really reasonable, thirdly their work is top notch and finally, to say that they went above and beyond what would be expected of them, is an understatement. Plumber Dane showed up right on time for his appointment to find me outside of my house having just been viciously attacked by a feral cat, screaming in pain and gushing blood. He immediately attended to me and called for help and also took took even more of his time to describe the animal and scene to animal services! Dane, how can I thank you enough?? From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU!!! The work you did in the kitchen while I was in the hospital is PERFECT!! Thank you!! THIS COMPANY PUTS THE CLIENT FIRST!!

Plumber Byron of One Hour Plumbing had a bigger job than originally anticipated ahead of him with our kitchen plumbing situation and went above and beyond to complete the job while keeping the costs down for us. The company is very professional and makes quality of work and customer comfort and peace of mind its priority. I also appreciate being given information about the technician who is to arrive ahead of time, along with their photo and a map tracking their distance.
