F.M. Foundations did a great job repairing our basement leak problem. They excavated down to the footings, repaired weeping tile and clad the foundation in a waterproof membrane then neatly restored the excavation ensuring proper grade for the water to flow away from the foundation and re-installed the affected patio. The work was done quickly and neatly. They were able to re-install the existing patio stones which saved costs. We were very pleased with the professionalism, quality of work, and attention to detail, and how the crew worked quickly and neatly. They did a great job cleaning up afterwards. We haven't had a leak since. Our annual spring water issues in that part of the basement are finally gone.
