The time had come for us to do a complete reno in our basement. Renos included gutting out and rebuilding new bathroom, ceramic tile flooring, suspended ceiling, installing new doors/door frames, laminate all flooring, replace baseboards/window trims, replace closet doors, ceramic tile countertop, and opening in wall with tile countertop . Chris came the same day we phoned him, did a walk through and had a written detailed estimate for us the next day, all within the budget we gave him. We chose Chris because of his calm and confident knowledge of his work. He explained things in detail, answered all our silly questions and concerns and took all our phone calls. There were no hidden costs and he kept to the budget. Chris is a very kind, considerate and trustworthy person. A big thank you to Jordan and Francis for all their great work too.
