One of their employees came to redo a clogged drain and spent 2 hours re-doing a de-clogging that was not done properly by 2 other guys from Faucet Fix the previous week. He was like a bulldog in snaking the drain and would not stop until it was done properly. He also came back the next week to install a new faucet for my mom's kitchen sink and did it quickly and efficiently. No qualms about calling them again should a plumbing issue occur in the future.
