House inspection for one year warranty claim
Boris was a pleasure to deal with. He did a thorough examination of our house and then explained all his findings in detail. He found things we would never have thought of. He sent us two reports - one for our use with photos to keep track of all the claim items and another for the builder & Tarion - in a timely manner. Boris exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for a thorough examination of their property.
