We had the pleasure of partnering with Lancaster over the past two years for our house (Kitchen, Front Closet, All bedroom closets and Bathroom). Our initial appointment with Debbie was fantastic, she was attentive, detailed, considerate and beyond knowledgeable. I had a certain layout in my mind and she offered alternative suggestions and alternative materials which allowed us to stay within our budget. It took some time for the project to get going as our house was a new build and went through numerous delays due to the builder. Debbie was immensely patient and accommodated all of these constant moving dates without adding any additional stress to us. The design process was excellent, we were able to see 3D drawings of our space, thanks to Ashley for her amazing skills in bringing our concept to life. Between Debbie and Ashley we were able to truly visualize every space. Their expertise allowed us to use every inch of space in our home providing not only functionality but also design. The quality of this product is amazing, you get what you pay for and they do not cut corners or compromise quality at all, which is something that was very important to me. This is not your Ikea type product that lasts about a year and then falls apart, this is a lifetime investment that can stand the wear and tear of everyday use. The install for all rooms went fantastic. Lancaster uses their own installers who come prepared and ready to install, they are punctual and don't stand around wasting your time. We had one slight hiccup where one drawer facing was slightly off in shade, we advised Debbie and she had a new drawer facing back to us within a couple of weeks, it was a completely no hassle process and speaks volumes to how the company reacts to issues. Overall this was a fantastic project / process from the initial meeting to completion, the most important thing was that the service level throughout was outstanding, it's truly hard to find service that shines these days and this team nails it. You can feel that they actually care about what they do and they care about their clients. We are are looking forward to our next projects with them, which will be a wall to wall server/ glass wine rack for my dining room and then everything for our basement.
