We would like to take the opportunity to thank you for the wonderful job you have done to our basement. It is such an incredible transformation from the before and after. I felt very confident and comfortable with my decision going with FinishedBasement.ca, I liked the professionalism of the company. I got previous quotes and the way they do business, quote and estimate is very professional. I had a lot of questions in advance and during the construction, Andrew and everyone was able to answer every single one of my questions and trust me, there was a lot. I was also very impressed with the showroom and I really appreciated that as it made the shopping and choices easier. Although, there is no pressure to use their stuff, you are welcome to buy your own. I just liked a one stop shop and they had excellent choices so I didn't have to worry about wasting my precious time going to different places. Lastly, the basement was finished 1 week in advance which was a pleasant surprise (so basement was done in 2 weeks). Thanks again to the whole FinishedBasement.ca crew, we appreciate all your hard work.
